PawCopilot was started by a small team that grew up around grooming shops — first as the dog-walker kid, then later building the kind of software that big chains have but small shops don't.
We watched solo groomers run their entire book on a paper calendar, a phone full of screenshots, and a notebook that always seemed to be wet. The talent was extraordinary. The tools were a mess.
